Change of Plans

We went to the hospital this morning to pick up Oliver, but we got some bad news. Last night and this morning Oliver had desaturated on his oxygen after his feedings. The doctor decided to wait for a few more feedings to see if it was Oliver or the monitor. If everything went okay, we could take him home at 3pm, but if not, we would have to room-in at the hospital to learn how to use the oxygen. After we left the hospital from this morning's feeding, Oliver desaturated again. We went to the hospital this afternoon to be trained on how to use the oxygen and monitor. Tonight, we are sleeping at the hospital to be able to practice with him and have hospital staff easily able to help us during our first night with it.
