San Jose Trip, Air Show, and More

On Saturday, June 21st, we flew to San Jose for Jan's family reunion. It was Oliver's first plane ride, and we almost missed it. He was great on the plane ride. Here are some great pictures from our visit to the Children's Discovery Museum and to the lake to feed the "ducks." We need to make a better effort to take pictures with the family next year.

The Air Show at Hill Air Force Base was last Saturday. It was hot, and thankfully none of us burned. Oliver loved clapping along with everyone else after the national anthem (I wish I could've caught his face on camera)! And he had fun looking at the airplanes and helicopters with his daddy.

Here are some cute pics I thought I'd share. Oliver is absolutely obsessed with trying to get my glasses from me. I decided to take some pictures of the cuteness of one of his victories. And then there is the naked picture! Why are naked babies so adorable? I have a video of him too that will make you laugh (let me know if you want me to email it to you).

And last, but not least is his dancing video. I've had the hardest time capturing this, because as soon as he sees the camera, he wants to play with it or "See! See!" what I'm doing. I finally planned a little bit ahead to capture this short clip. He pretty much dances to the end credit music of any T.V. show or movie. This was the end of Sesame Street, which he calls "Mo-Mo" (for Elmo; he can also say "Dor-dee" for Elmo's fish Dorothy).

Ohhhhh yyeeeaaahhh! Sometimes he will even drag me and Jan out to the floor to dance with him. Next I'll have to try to get a video of him dancing to the demo music on our keyboard. It's priceless. Ciao!
